How is pre-tipped hair used? TOP
Pre-tipped hair is used for any strand by strand hair extention method; such as fusion, micro links, mini links, hair locs, and much more. What do the terms "bulk" and "wefted" mean? TOP
Bulk hair is loose hair that is used for braiding and many other hair extention styles. We deliver it tied in a bundle ready for use. Wefted hair is hair used for weaving. It is sewn or bonded (with hair glue) into a track ready for the weaving process. What is the difference between hand tied and machine weft? TOP
The difference between hand tied weft and machine weft is that hand tied wefts are done by hand and are much thinner than machine wefts. They will lay flat against your scalp to give you a more natural look and significantly reduce hair bumps caused by bulky wefts . Hand tied wefts come in pieces about 24 inches long, you get about four to five pieces per pack depending on the length of the hair. The hand tied wefts must be reinforced before cutting. You can do this either with a glue (nail glue works great) or by sewing the weft down before cutting. Machine wefts done by machine and have a thicker weft. They do not need to be reinforced or secured before cutting. How is the length measured? TOP
The hair is not measured in it's natural state because that is not the true length of the hair. The lenght is measured by pulling the hair straight.For example, 16" curly hair will be 16" when straight and approx. 14" when curly. Do you have a store, so I can buy the hair in person? TOP
Our warehouse is not open to the public. We do not have a store and such high overhead costs, by choice. This allows us to pass the savings onto our customers. Will the hair I receive look exactly like your pictures? TOP
Almost, but not exactly. Virgin hair is by its nature unique. It is not processed for its texture, nor is it dyed for its color. Our pictures are meant to give you a good idea of our textures. Should you choose to place an order with us you will notice that there will be some variation between our pictures and that of the hair you receive. Why is my coupon code not working? TOP
If you have a couon code, enter the code and click recalculate. Either you are not clicking recalcualte, after you've entered the code or the coupon has expired and is no longer valid. How long will the hair last? TOP
With proper care and maintenance our hair will last 6 months or longer. The wefts are very durable and will hold up to repeated installations. How do I care for the hair extentions? TOP
